Free Science Curriculum Workshop at AAAS Annual Meeting in Austin, Texas

You are invited to submit an application to attend a free workshop presented by Project 2061, the science education initiative of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. The workshop is designed especially for those who teach middle school science or high school biology, or serve as a science specialist or an administrator with science curriculum responsibilities. The workshop, "Supporting Three-dimensional Learning and Teaching With New Curriculum Materials," will be held on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018, at the Hilton Hotel in Austin, Texas, in conjunction with the 2018 Annual Meeting of AAAS. Online Training Test Support Document Posted (1/5)

Online Training Test Support Document An Online Training Test Support document is now available for the Washington Comprehensive Assessment of Science (WCAS) Training Tests. The document includes information about accessing the training tests, descriptions of ways to practice using the tools for each item type, and an answer key and other information for each question. The Training Tests are available on the WCAP Portal . The assessment development office is hosting a webinar to support the release of the Training Tests. The webinar will be recorded for viewing later if needed and will be available through your district test coordinator.
