[ClimeTime] Professional Development Opportunities for Elementary Teachers from IslandWood

When it comes to science education, one size doesn't fit all. That's even more true during a global pandemic, when learning environments vary widely by district, school, and classroom.   Beginning in March, IslandWood is offering th ree new professional development opportunities to   meet   elementary   teachers exactly where they are this spring. Whether you're meeting with students in person or online,   following a national curriculum , or, have some freedom with what you teach in grades   K - 2   or   3 - 5 ,   we're here to help you navigate the changing landscape of teaching science during COVID-19. Our courses and workshops provide S TEM clock hours and the courses and planning sessions include implementation stipends.  These offerings  are funded throug h a grant from OSPI, as part of the statewide ClimeTime initiative. Learn more about all your options (including repeats of some of our popular workshops)  here !
